This Dachshund mini desk or shelf clock features a face shot of a Dachshund dog cut out by hand ( Handmade ) using a scroll saw. This was cut from a solid 1/2 inch thick hand select Cherry wood. The 1-7/16 inch clock is place on the left side of the dog in a circular section. This cutout is then mounted to a 6 inch long by 2 inch wide base using counter sink screws. This is finished with a non-toxic homemade mixture of natural bees wax and mineral oil which brings out the natural beauty of the wood. This finish also gives the wood a silky smooth feel to the touch

The mini 1-7/16 inch quartz clock features a ivory color face with black Arabic numbers. A glass lens with gold plated bezel / trim. A stainless steel back cover holds the installed battery in place. Clock comes with battery installed and is ready to be activated
